As the first customer at PBS, it is appropriate that I have the most to report about the quality of service that PBS has provided RehabAuthority over the past years.
Beginning at the top, PBS is powered by Amy Roe, CEO . Amy has an unparalleled work ethic that drives the entire team at PBS to provide an incredible level of production and service.
PBS works to provide not only billing and collections services, but also takes care of all of our provider relations issues, initial and on-going training of our front office coordinators, as well as any statistical reports that we may need.
MedBill Solutions software provides an on-line software that exceeds the needs of our data entry, billing, collecting and patient documentation! We are excited about the upcoming additions of a scheduling system that will tie seamlessly to the other platforms.
PBS has worked tirelessly to make sure that RehabAuthority is as successful as we can be. And, I feel like in PBS we have a true “partner” that is genuinely interested in making sure we succeed.
